Alan Dershowitz: Trump didn’t do anything wrong on Georgia phone call

Another media freak-out peddling conspiracy theories over another perfect phone call

Mainstream media tear 6 minutes of a one-hour conversation between President Trump and the State Secretary of Georgia out of context and try to construct a crime from it.

The leftist mainstream media take six minutes of a one-hour conversation between President Donald Trump and Secretary of State of Georgia, Brad Raffensperger, who is  under suspicion of corruption, out of context and try – just like the Ukraine-impeachment scandal/hoax – to construct a crime that it does not exist, according to the liberal Harvard lawyer Alan Dershowitz.

“All the big media are taking it out of context,” Dershowitz said during an interview with David Brody on Just the News television show “The Watercooler” on Monday.

“It was not an invitation to forge votes,” said Dershowitz. “As Trump has said for months on Twitter and at appearances, he believes that the votes of the people who voted for him have not been counted. He has the right as a citizen, as a candidate, to say, ‘I want you to find the votes that were cast for me that were not counted, I want you to find the votes that were cast against me that should not have been counted – by people who are dead, who are outside of the State.”

“I’ve been teaching criminal law for over 50 years,” said Dershowitz. “I’ve gone through every word of that transcript, and there’s no crime there, period.”

The real proof there is no crime, however, is that the media, after breathlessly declaring there is a crime, quickly let the story fade away. Another perfect phone call.
