The short message platform Twitter has announced that it will remove text posts that support “conspiracy theories” on vaccines against the coronavirus.

The short message platform Twitter has announced that it will remove all text contributions (tweets) that spread “conspiracy theories” about corona vaccines, starting this week.

Statements that the vaccines were deliberately used to cause harm or “control the population” will also soon be censored, they say.

The company announced:

“Using a combination of tech-based and human review, we will begin enforcing this updated policy on December 21st – and expanding our actions in the weeks ahead.”

In addition, suspicious tweets would be provided with warnings.

When it comes to implementing the rules, Twitter wants to work with health authorities around the world.
